We believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to search for a home. We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of LA Condo HQ and, in doing so, to adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. While we strive for full conformance, accessibility is an ongoing effort and some portions of the Site may not yet fully meet every criterion.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings and lists to convey structure.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and listing photography.
- Visible keyboard focus states and logical tab order throughout.
- Color contrast that targets WCAG AA, and support for the reduced-motion preference.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
- Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly down to small screens and at high zoom.
Third-party content
Some content on the Site is provided by third parties — for example, embedded maps, video players and listing data feeds. We do not control the accessibility of these tools, but we choose vendors with accessibility in mind and welcome reports of any barriers you encounter.
