A growing resource for Los Angeles research
The current directory contains 172 building profiles across 14 neighborhoods. Coverage varies: 86 profiles include individual source notes identifying the facts checked and the questions still unresolved. A directory entry does not imply a building inspection or a review of its association finances.
LA listing pages use inventory published through our MLS data connection after successful scheduled refreshes. Coverage depends on the feed and our display rules. Asking-price reports describe that inventory, rather than completed transactions.
Real photographs carry their source, license and capture date. Images labeled as illustrations provide visual context and do not document a specific building or residence. Sources and modification dates accompany researched material so readers can see what supports a claim.
