Methodology
City-level figures are computed from the live CRMLS feed: medians (not means) over recent closed condominium sales in Los Angeles, with inventory counted from active condo listings. Figures refresh hourly and are scoped to condominiums — single-family homes are excluded.
Neighborhood-level figures are a different measure and are labeled as such: they are medians of ASKING prices over the condo listings currently active on this site in that neighborhood, not closed sales. Each neighborhood report states its own methodology, sample size and as-of date.
