Your right to opt out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. When you submit a lead or contact form on LA Condo HQ, the personal information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number and message — may be shared with or sold to third-party real-estate professionals and partners so they can respond to your inquiry.
How to exercise your right
Complete the form to request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information. We will process your request and confirm it as required by law. You do not need to create an account to submit a request, and exercising this right will not result in discriminatory treatment.
