1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LA Condo HQ website and any related services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Informational purpose only

Content on the Site — including building profiles, neighborhood guides, market statistics, rankings and editorial — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional counsel specific to your circumstances.

3. MLS & listing data disclaimer

Property listing information displayed on the Site is sourced in part from third-party multiple listing services (MLS), brokers and data providers. Such information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and is subject to errors, omissions, prior sale, change or withdrawal without notice. Square footage, pricing, taxes, fees, room counts and availability are approximate and should be independently verified. Listings marked “courtesy of” are the property of the respective listing brokerage. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy real estate in any jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful.

4. Fair Housing statement

LA Condo HQ fully supports the principles of the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act. We do not discriminate, and will not knowingly accept any content that discriminates, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other class protected by federal, state or local law. All real estate advertised on the Site is subject to these laws, and all persons are encouraged to use the Site in a manner consistent with them.

5. Rankings & expert scores

The Site features proprietary building rankings and expert scores. These reflect the subjective editorial opinion of LA Condo HQ based on factors we consider relevant and may change at any time. They are not endorsements, appraisals, or guarantees of value, performance or suitability, and should not be the sole basis for any purchase decision.

6. User accounts

Some features — such as saved searches, favorites and alerts — require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos and compiled content, is owned by or licensed to LA Condo HQ and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish or create derivative works from the Site without prior written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA Condo HQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, CA.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
