Nick McCandless
Publisher and editor, LA Condo HQ
Nick McCandless is a serial entrepreneur and software builder whose work now centers on artificial intelligence. Today most of his ventures are AI ventures: intelligent products, AI agents and automation that let businesses operate faster, sell more and scale without adding headcount.
He launched his first business at 14. By 19, the technology site he built was reaching millions of readers every month, which earned him an invitation to Hollywood to host and produce his own tech show.
Since then Nick has led hundreds of software launches for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500, and the teams he leads have shipped more than 500 software products. He built a single app engine that powered hundreds of apps for a leading app studio, and platforms for global live sporting events and universities that serve millions of users.
As an owner, he built and ran his own creator platform, designing the product, engineering it and operating the business, and grew it to eight figures in annual revenue with hundreds of creators before it was acquired.
Nick has been featured in Forbes, USA Today, Yahoo and numerous other publications. He founded Eltherion in Miami, which publishes Miami Condo HQ and LA Condo HQ.
