As of October 26, 2026, /market-stats showed 1,987 Los Angeles condos published for sale at a median asking price of $780K, or $674 a square foot. The /new-listings page counted 246 condos listed in the last 14 days and 750 asking below their original list price, with Downtown LA and Hollywood Hills West tied for the most new listings.

Every figure here is an asking price or asking rent on CRMLS listings LA Condo HQ publishes, not a closed sale. /market-stats and the neighborhood reports date their inventory to the October 25 refresh, /new-listings to October 26.

The citywide report on October 26

Beyond the headline median, /market-stats printed the citywide median asking rent as $4K a month as of October 26, 2026. Its neighborhood table put Downtown LA first by inventory, 330 listings at a $565K median asking price, ahead of West Hollywood with 176 at $899K, Santa Monica with 163 at $1.29M and Koreatown with 140 at $682K. Century City carried the table's highest median, $2.37M, on 50 listings.

Seven daily medians, October 19 to 25

The daily line on /market-stats read $780K on October 19, $785K on October 20, $780K on October 21, $785K on October 22, $784K on October 23, $785K on October 24 and $780K on October 25. Every reading since recording began on September 27 sits between $780K and $790K. A median that alternates by $5K reflects which listings entered and left the feed that day, not sellers changing prices.

The October 26 refresh: 246 new, 750 reduced

The 246 new listings are condos with an MLS list date in a rolling 14-day window, so each day's count shares 13 days with the one before it and is not a weekly tally.

The 750 reductions are a standing total of condos asking less than their original MLS list price. The MLS does not record when a price changed, so many cuts are older than two weeks, and the page leaves out reductions of 50 percent or more as likely data errors.

Where the newest listings are

As of October 26, 2026, /new-listings put Downtown LA and Hollywood Hills West level at 30 new listings each, with 127 and 75 reductions. West Hollywood followed with 26 new and 63 reduced, Santa Monica with 25 and 65, Koreatown with 18 and 47 and Westwood with 16 and 41. Sawtelle showed 12 new, Beverly Hills 11, Sherman Oaks 10, Century City 6 and Playa Vista 4.

Century City's daily median stepped up

The report at /market-reports/century-city showed 50 condos for sale as of October 26, 2026, at a median asking price of $2,372,500, about $1,215 a square foot, with a median 59 days on market and asking prices from $419,000 to $13,500,000. Its 21 rentals asked a median $14,000 a month.

Its recorded daily median held at $2.19M from October 15 through 21, read $2.29M on October 22 and $2.37M from October 23 through 25, the high of its series. With 50 listings across a range that wide, a few pricier arrivals or cheaper departures can move the median that far; the report does not say which happened. The guide at /neighborhoods/century-city covers the towers behind those listings.

Westwood, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks and Playa Vista

As of October 26, 2026, /market-reports/westwood showed 123 for sale at a $1,049,000 median, about $737 a square foot, 56 days on market and $5,495 a month in median asking rent, with daily medians between $1.04M and $1.06M all week.

/market-reports/santa-monica showed 163 at $1,290,000, about $976 a square foot, 53 days and $4,995 a month, with daily readings of $1.29M or $1.3M.

/market-reports/sherman-oaks showed 73 at $649,000, about $512 a square foot, 62 days and $3,795 a month; its daily median has read $649K since October 20.

/market-reports/playa-vista showed 33 at $1,199,000, about $777 a square foot, 58 days and $5,925 a month. Its daily median read $1.27M on October 19 and 20 and $1.2M from October 22 through 25, a shift a couple of listings can produce in a sample of 33.

Questions readers ask about this week's LA condo listings

What is the median asking price for a Los Angeles condo this week?

As of October 26, 2026, /market-stats showed a $780K median asking price and $674 a square foot across 1,987 condos published for sale on LA Condo HQ, based on CRMLS asking prices rather than closed sales.

How many condos were newly listed in Los Angeles in the last two weeks?

As of October 26, 2026, /new-listings counted 246 condos with an MLS list date in the previous 14 days, led by Downtown LA and Hollywood Hills West at 30 each.

Why did the Century City median asking price rise this week?

Its recorded daily median moved from $2.19M on October 21 to $2.37M on October 23, per /market-reports/century-city as of October 26, 2026, but with only 50 listings a change in which units are listed can move it, and it does not measure sale prices.

Do 750 price reductions mean LA condo prices are falling?

Not on their own: as of October 26, 2026, /new-listings counted 750 condos asking below their original list price, but the MLS does not date each cut, so the total mixes old and recent reductions and covers asking prices only.
