Medians appear only when enough listings publish the figure; a dash means too few to report. Full neighborhood reports

As of November 2, 2026, /market-stats showed 1,932 Los Angeles condos published for sale at a median asking price of $779K, or $676 a square foot. The /new-listings page counted 219 condos listed in the last 14 days and 722 asking below their original list price, with Downtown LA showing the most new listings.

Every figure below is an asking price or asking rent on CRMLS listings that LA Condo HQ publishes, not a closed sale. /market-stats, /new-listings and the Hollywood Hills West and West Hollywood reports date their data to November 2; the Downtown LA report dates its data to November 1.

Citywide asking prices on November 2

/market-stats printed the citywide median asking rent as $4K a month as of November 2, 2026. Its neighborhood table led with Downtown LA, 329 listings at a $575K median asking price, followed by West Hollywood with 173 at $898K, Santa Monica with 156 at $1.29M, Koreatown with 134 at $692K and Westwood with 125 at $1.1M. Century City carried the highest median in the table, $2.37M on 48 listings.

The daily median from October 26 to November 2

The daily line on /market-stats read $780K on October 26, 27 and 28, then $779K on each day from October 29 through November 2. That $779K is the lowest reading since recording began on September 27; the high is $790K, recorded on October 2. A $1K step across roughly 1,900 listings can come from which listings entered or left the published inventory, and the page does not say which.

219 new listings and 722 reductions

The 219 new listings are condos with an MLS list date in the previous 14 days as of the November 2, 2026 refresh. The window rolls forward daily, so the figure is not a tally of one week's arrivals.

The 722 reductions are a standing total of condos whose current asking price sits below the original MLS list price. The MLS does not record when a price changed, so the total mixes recent cuts with older ones, and /new-listings leaves out reductions of 50 percent or more as likely data errors.

Neighborhoods with the most new listings

As of November 2, 2026, /new-listings put Downtown LA first with 30 new listings and 123 reductions. Hollywood Hills West followed with 29 new and 78 reduced, West Hollywood with 23 and 66, Santa Monica with 22 and 59, Koreatown with 15 and 44 and Westwood with 14 and 40. Beverly Hills showed 11 new, and Sawtelle, Sherman Oaks and Culver City 10 each. The guides at /neighborhoods/downtown-la, /neighborhoods/hollywood-hills-west and /neighborhoods/west-hollywood cover the buildings behind the three leaders.

Hollywood Hills West's median read $749K

The report at /market-reports/hollywood-hills-west showed 61 condos for sale as of November 2, 2026, at a median asking price of $749,000, about $667 a square foot, with a median 69 days on market and asking prices from $230,000 to $3,499,000.

Its recorded daily median read $784K on October 26, $769K from October 27 through 29 and $749K from October 30 through November 2, the low of a series recorded since October 7, whose high is $799K. In a sample of 61 listings, a change in which units are on the site can move the median that far. The report does not say whether any seller cut a price.

Downtown LA and West Hollywood

As of November 2, 2026, /market-reports/downtown-la, with data dated November 1, showed 329 for sale at a $575,000 median, about $606 a square foot, a median 88 days on market and 154 rentals at a median $3,200 a month. Its daily median read $565K on October 26 and October 30 and $575K on November 2.

As of November 2, 2026, /market-reports/west-hollywood showed 173 for sale at $898,000, about $827 a square foot, 55 days and $4,995 a month in median asking rent.

Questions buyers ask about the LA condo market on November 2

What is the median asking price for a Los Angeles condo this week?

As of November 2, 2026, /market-stats showed a $779K median asking price and $676 a square foot across 1,932 condos published for sale on LA Condo HQ, measured on CRMLS asking prices rather than closed sales.

How many LA condos were newly listed in the last two weeks?

As of November 2, 2026, /new-listings counted 219 condos with an MLS list date in the previous 14 days, with Downtown LA at 30 and Hollywood Hills West at 29.

Why did the Hollywood Hills West median asking price drop to $749K?

Per /market-reports/hollywood-hills-west as of November 2, 2026, its recorded daily median moved from $784K on October 26 to $749K on October 30, a move that a few units arriving or leaving a 61-listing sample can produce; it does not measure sale prices.

Does a $779K reading mean LA condo prices are falling?

Not on its own: as of November 2, 2026, the /market-stats series had held between $779K and $790K since September 27, and it tracks asking prices on the site, not what buyers paid.
